Teacher Ideas

So, I spent the day with a friend Thursday on a road trip, and got some great ideas for my class next year. I love picking the brains of other teachers and "stealing" their ideas. None of us can come up with everything on our own. So, how about you, teacher friends? Any ideas to share?
